"What do we learn through Love?
The Other One."
Couple Therapy and Sex Therapy
Moving Forward Together, with Couple Therapy
What does being in a relationship mean to me and to my partner? What questions should I ask myself before I try to be in a relationship again? Why and how am I ready to commit? What is the right place of my couple in my life? And what is my right place in the couple? What agreements do we need to make to make this work? How can we reconcile our needs? What does a fulfilling intimacy look like?
The space in which each couple evolves can be a place of growth, or not! My role as a couple therapist is to provide a safe and supportive place for dialogue, a forum to explore each partners’ needs and relational skills. Whether it is a matter of reshaping the architecture of your relationship, or simply awakening its sleepy potential, everything (re)-starts with your choice to grow together as well as individually.
Couple therapy allows us to identify what the couple is the stage of, and sometimes even the ” remedy of “, as suggested by Ferenczi in his book “Les lieux du couple”.

My Expertise
As a Sex Therapist and Couple Therapist practising in Switzerland since 2016, I support people who want to explore other ways of relating to themselves and to each other.
Since 2003, I have been trained in Helping Relationships at the Canadian ETC school, in Couple Therapy and Sex Therapy in Switzerland at the IFSP (2015) and at the University of Psychology in Brussels (2019).
As a member of the Association Francophone pour la Promotion de la Santé Sexuelle (AFPSS), I work to support positive, humanist education about sexuality.
I have drawn on the teachings of philosophy, brief therapy, Esther Perel‘s professional programme and the work of the Gottman Institute.
In progress:
- Deepening my Couple Therapy practice with IFACT (Lyon) led by the clinical therapist couple Cristian and Liliana Perrone.
- Further training in Individual Family Constellation with Vinciane Marlière (Belgium).
